One Fish Two Fish debuted in the Central West End of Ottawa restaurant scene in December 2006, boasting a menu of fresh seafood brought in daily from around the world.  The success of One Fish Two Fish translates to what is now an Ottawa seafood sensation.  The fresh-only seafood philosophy and the spirit of warm, friendly service are now offered at the restaurant's first location.  Our take-out menu and catering service is available in January for your “at home” dining pleasure whether it is for 2 or 20 people.

Our Executive Chef, Dave Pratt's philosophy is: “If you are a Chef, your life is devoted to giving pleasure to other people.  As a Chef, I am creative but there is always the thought that maybe tomorrow I will create something even more spectacular.  I believe that if I am going to do it right, I don't take short cuts, I spend time researching, and most of all I am  dedicated to whatever and whomever I work with and have lots of fun.”
